Recently, Ms. Kate Jackson catered an event on behalf of Local Union 43. The Local membership consists of U.S. Marshals, who work at the U.S. Department of State. Members from around the country attended this event. The service was excellent and the food was superb. Our next scheduled meeting is slated for the middle of March and I have requested to have Kate return and cater our general membership meeting.

Having served in the law enforcement field for nearly 25 years, I am somewhat skeptical of people in business. However, Ms. Jackson is someone I trust and respect. I highly recommend Freshly Yours Specialty Catering for your next and future functions.

I have been in the natural gas industry for 44 years and have never sent an email to a caterer. I just want to let you know that at today’s AGA’s Operations Safety Regulatory Action Committee meeting it was obvious that you put an extra effort into your presentation: flowers, pine cones, menu, leaves in the bread basket, etc. But the quality of the food was outstanding. It is a pleasure to see people putting that “extra mile” into their work. When I even mentioned something to you, you even commented as to the special mustard that you prepared. You could have just blown me off. You have reached the highest level of performance in my opinion; and if you deliver to New Jersey you have my business.

Tara, Birthday

Hi Kate, just wanted to take a minute to say thank you for helping make my birthday on 9/13 a great success. My friends, and especially my family, loved the food and the service and my mother was really thrilled to be led to dinner first. She raved about the food (and took two big pieces of meat -- I told you, she's a mighty meaty lady) as did everyone else. Many thanks also to your Supervisor (Aubry?) -- he was just awesome. Thanks for making it so easy for me that night -- for your service suggestions and time frames. I worried about nothing and that, coupled with yummy food and great service, made for a memorable night!
